This book was written in hopes of inspiring others. I like to think of it as God's message in rhythm. In it, I will relate to you my story, or my testimony, if you will. You see, God delivered me from a life-threatening fear that gripped me and had complete control of my mind and body. It was the fear of bad news about my health and ultimately the fear of my impending death. I was at the lowest point in my life when I got serious with God. I humbled myself before the Lord, and when you are consumed by fear calling on the Lord is very simple. In fact, it's automatic. I knew that I couldn't continue to exist in that fearful state I was in, so I turned to God. Needless to say, that day my life changed.

A few days later, I wrote a poem. I didn't mean to write it, really; I was just writing down on paper the miracle God had performed in my life. After that first poem, an event in my life triggered the next one, and another, and another. Before you knew it, I had a whole collection of God's message in rhythm. That's how this book came about.

If god did this for an old sinner like me, just think what He has in store for your life! All you have to do is invite Jesus into your heart, believe in Him, study God's Word, and watch the wonders of the Lord's work. We are now related, you and I - brothers in the Lord.
